TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Once you have purchased your booking online you understand that your booking is legally binding and subject to the below cancellation policy.
Cancellation policy: Eight weeks or more before the event = 25% of total; less than eight weeks and more than six weeks before the event = 50% of total; less than six weeks = 100% of total.
All funds must be cleared prior to the event, or we reserve the right to refuse admittance.
If paying by cheque please make payable to Emap Ltd and please ensure that the total amount includes VAT at 20%.
Your booking is provisional until payment is cleared, and you have received a confirmation email of your booking from us.
